This lovely beach cottage is in the quiet but convenient area of Pacific Beach called Crown Point, just two blocks from the bay, and less than a mile to the beach. It’s a nice walk or a quick bike ride to the beach and all the dining and entertainment that Pacific Beach has to offer.

The interior is immaculately kept with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in another, a convenient shower/bath combo and a spacious living room with a dining room table for four. The kitchen is huge and well appointed with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite counter space for those who want to whip up their own feast. However, the showpiece of the home is the welcoming and private backyard. Grill out on the four-burner gas grill and sit around the teak table with cushioned chairs to enjoy the outdoors “So Cal style”. Start or end your day in this quiet yard under the gazebo, next to the relaxing firepit – it’s great for sipping coffee and reading, but just as good to enjoy a margarita and share some laughs with friends.

There is a large driveway with parking for two cars. The home is equipped with televisions in the family room and both bedrooms. You have all the comforts of home including a stacked washer/dryer free to use.

Great San Diego location, WEST of Ingraham St and approximately 10 minutes from the airport only 2.5 miles to Sea World.
Enjoy the sites of San Diego, all within 10-20 minutes from this home: San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, Balboa Park (museums, theaters and restaurants), Del Mar Race Track and Torrey Pines Golf Course.

Amazing Beach House in PB!

My roommate and I are currently rented this cute little beach cottage from May 2016- Nov 2016 and fell in love with it!!! We were in walking distance to the bay, the beach, and the town center of Pacific Beach (where you can find grocery stores, bike shops, bars, restaurants, and tons of little boutiques. We enjoyed this home very much from entertaining family and friends outside in the back patio to enjoying our morning coffee in the front lawn chairs! Pacific Beach is a nice, safe, fun beach town with lots to do. We loved being able to hop on our bikes and ride the bike paths on Mission Bay and the Beach. The cottage is completely furnished with kitchen supply’s, bedding, and washer/dryer. We both had easy access to the freeways and we never dealt with alot of traffic. Parking can be kind of tough in PB, however this house has a large enough driveway to fit 2 cars (we were both very thankful for this)! Sharm and Cheryl are both great landlords and easy to work with! We both loved our time in PB and will never forget this little piece of paradise!

The perfect beach house in the heart of PB!

My friend and I are traveling health care professionals, we knew we wanted to live by the beach for our 6 month contract and we couldn’t of found a better home in the heart of PB! When we weren’t working, our cars were parked in the driveway and we were biking, beaching, paddle boarding or just relaxing at home and grilling in the back yard. The home is cute and comfortable and the backyard is spacious and cozy. It has all the amenities from a large fully stocked kitchen, to a washer and dryer and furnished comfy bedrooms. Sharm and Cheryl made this home that much more special during our stay. Great neighbors and landlords that are very attentive to their property. The neighborhood is great and safe. You can step outside and be at the bay in 5 minutes, walk down PB drive and be at the beach in 15 minutes or walk to the restaurants, bars, yoga, grocery store, and boutiques in 10 minutes! Everything you need is a walk away! Highly recommend this home for the traveling healthcare professional, if you want to make the most out of San Diego and enjoy your time off, Pacific Beach is where you want to be! Easy access to the freeways and in the center location to get to all the hospitals in San Diego. Never sat in traffic and there is something special driving over the bridges over looking the bay when you drive to and from work.

Amazing Bay/Beach House with full amenities, massive backyard and private driveway!

We stayed at this house for a month in the peak season of summer and had an amazing vacation. We lived in San Diego for years and knew we wanted to stay in the crown point area. This house offers everything you need for a wonderful Southern California vacation. The house was very clean, offers a huge large kitchen fully stocked with all appliances working perfectly, very nice and comfy furnishings (couches, beds, etc.), large tvs with full cable options, high-speed internet, washer and dryer and a massive, private backyard area equipped with outdoor furniture, a grill, etc. Additionally, the house has a large driveway that can fit two cars – a HUGE positive from many other beach vacation rentals. The house is located in crown point is a very nice, quiet and safe residential area within walking distance to the bay and one of the best parks in PB for kids and the ocean/boardwalk. There are endless amounts of restaurants and convenient stores in the area. Crown Point offers easy access to the I/8 and I/5 as well as SeaWorld. The owners are friendly, accommodating and available should you need recommendations or if you have questions/problems during your stay. We have a very young child (<2) and they even provided a pack and play and bedding for us to use. In summary, I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe and stress-free stay. I look forward to renting this property again in the near future.

Loved it!!

This place is great! I, along with all my friends and visitors fell in love with this place. I missed the bed I slept in for weeks after I left. Sharm and Cheryl are amazing landlords. They are willing to help with Anything whenever, and answer any phone call, or text immediately. The backyard was great for Hosting BBQs and hanging with friends. I also made good use of the bikes on site when I had visitors. This was such a great perk of the house. The house is within walking distance of the beach which was so convenient. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would live here again in a heart beat!

Great rental option in PB!

I am a travel nurse and my roommate and I lived in this property from Jan – May. We could not have asked for a better rental option while living in San Diego. The location was perfect being so close to the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and the house itself was very well kept and furnished with great furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I ever needed when cooking a meal. We loved hanging out in the backyard, grilling or just sitting around the fire pit. Sharm and Cheryl were so friendly and accommodating during our stay. I highly recommend this property!!
